Joshua TreeDie Dynamik und auch Improvisation beim Singen (zB am Ende von Mystery Train oder That’s All Right) ist stark davon beeinflusst.
Muss ich mir wohl deswegen nochmal anhören. Beim Delta/Country Blues spielte Gospel oft auch eine Rolle, manchmal eher „im Hintergrund“, wie z.B. bei Arthur Crudup, der mit der Gruppe „The Harmonizing Four“ zu tun hatte.
otisThe Sweet Inspirations waren keine Gospelgruppe.
