Oh ja, da stimme ich dir zu! Könnte aber daran liegen, dass Stipe dem Song skeptisch gegenübersteht. In einem Interview habe ich jedenfalls mal folgende Aussagen entdeckt: „I have written some songs that are I think bordering on creepy or questionable, Be Mine topping the list“ und „Be Mine is a little self centered and creepy in my opinion, ‚I want the finger with the ring.’…ick.
