Neil Young will release a new album on September 28 on CD, vinyl and through iTunes.
‚Le Noise‘ was recorded in a Los Angeles mansion, and produced by U2 and Bob Dylan collaborator Daniel Lanois.
The record will be available on Blu-ray in November, followed by a release as an app for the iPhone and iPad.
Speaking to Rolling Stone recently, Lanois said: „We cut a couple of solo acoustic songs, but the rest is very electric. There’s no band, but I got in there with my sonics. There’s nothing else out there like it.“
‚Le Noise‘ is the follow-up to last year’s ‚Fork In The Road‘.
