Pitchfork schreibt folgendes:
[B][COLOR=#0000ff][I]Neil Young must be where Ryan Adams gets it. The man just does not stop working, whether it means releasing [B][COLOR=#0000ff][I]live[B][COLOR=#0000ff][I]albums, the [B][COLOR=#0000ff][I]graphic novelization of Greendale, or taking part in benefit shows, a la his forthcoming September 9 appearance at Farm Aid at NYC’s Randall’s Island.
Now, we can add even more music to that seemingly endless list, since Young recently unveiled a few scant details about his next studio full-length.
Titled Chrome Dreams II (inspired by a lost album from 1977 that went by the same title sans „II“), the album will feature three previously written songs and seven new ones, and is over 60+ minutes long. And two of those songs clock in over ten minutes, one at 13:00 and another at 18:30.
Though it appears Chrome Dreams II will come out on Reprise, the album’s release date is still unknown.
