Nun habe ich die DVD auch das erste Mal in voller Länge gesehen. Grandios. Page, Plant, Jones, Bonham. Alle in Topform. Ich habe kein übertriebenes Posing wahrgenommen und die Band zu früheren Zeiten schon deutlich schwächer erlebt. Wenn dieser Abend denn der Schlusspunkt war, dann war es ein sehr würdiger Abschluss. Respekt.
Vor allem für Jason Bonham („On June 10th 2007, Robert, Jimmy, John Paul and myself got together to start rehearsing for what was to become the greatest day of my life“) freut es mich besonders.
PS: Die CDs sind von minderer Klangqualität und redundant.
