As you know from our recent emails to you, we dispatched all of the Paul Weller box sets from here at the end of March.
Unfortunately a number of people, including yourself, have not received their box sets as yet.We have contacted the Royal Mail and are currently investigating where these lost packages have gone. They have details of all the addresses that these boxes were addressed to and the investigation into these lost ones is underway. Hopefully the majority of these missing ones will make themselves known.
Should your box have been delivered since our last communications then please let us know so that we can inform the Royal Mail.
Unfortunately however there is no guarantee that all the missing ones will appear so we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment.
We have now provided you with a full refund and we will shortly be sending you some other Paul Weller items as a consolation gift.We will contact you individually should the Royal Mail investigation require.

wtf? kann mich nicht erinnern, diesbezüglich schon mal eine mail erhalten zu haben (die pappschachtel allerdings auch nicht). was ist da bloß los? die sind ja völlig durch den wind. ich kann mich ebenfalls nicht dran erinnern, das ding schon bezahlt zu haben. im zweifelsfall nehme ich aber den refund und das consolation gift. nur was mach ich dann mit dem enttäuschten fish?
