4. Steve Harley (Cockney Rebel) Wieder einmal lobte er Lynne in höchsten Tönen. Nachdem er Do Ya gespielt hatte, lobte er die perfekte Produktion und fügte hinzu, dass er persönlich Lynne zu den absolut besten aller Zeiten zählen würde. Er listet The Move, erwähnt die glorreichen ELO-Singles und das erste Album der Traveling Wilburys, das er über alles liebt. ER erwähnt auch, dass Lynne bei Musikern hochgeschätzt wird, als Sänger, Musiker und vielleicht noch mehr als Top-Produzent.

Der Sampler zum frühen ELO ist erschienen, wobei lediglich die Quad-Mixe teilweise in dieser Form noch nicht veröffentlicht wurden (2,3 Stücke).
Besser noch: mit den Remastern scheint es wirklich bald loszugehen…Rob Caiger hat beschrieben, dass er vor ein paar Tagen am Artwork gearbeitet hat und die VÖ-Daten bald bekanntgegeben werden. Man kann schon vorbestellen. Im Sony-Store gibt es kurze Hörproben (höre ich mir allerdings nicht an).
Für die Fans wird es noch ein paar zusätzliche Angebote/special offers über die FTM-Page/Showdown-mailing list. Die Klangqualität soll sehr gut sein. Ferner sagt er, dass es sogar eine Single/EP geben wird und einige spezielle Promosachen. Die FTM-Seite www.ftmusic.com wird komplett umgestaltet werden.
Daneben machen interessante Gerüchte die Runde, die allerdings zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt eben nicht bestätigt sind.
