Bei mir hat das Album mit der Zeit gewonnen. Nicht nur Sunrise – das aber natürlich vor allem – sondern auch viele andere Songs sind wirklich herausragend. Meine Lieblingsstelle kommt allerdings aus Wickerman, wenn Jarvis singt:
A river flows underneath this city
I’d like to go there with you now my pretty and follow it on for miles and miles, below other people’s ordinary lives…
Skandalös, dass das Album verramscht wird.
