Wanting to take a break from songwriting for a while, Paul Weller tells Billboard.com that his next album will be a covers set featuring songs by Tim Hardin and Sister Sledge. The disc, he says, will be dubbed „Forty Days and Forty Nights“ after the Muddy Waters song.

Na ja, Sister Sledge ist ja nun nicht gerade Country-Blues. Ob’s sich wohl um „Love don’t you go through no changes on me“ handelt? :)
Hatte schon befürchtet, dass das Cover-Album unter den Tisch fällt. Bin jedenfalls gespannt…
