hör halt mal rein in die genannten titel. wenn’s dir was sagt, lohnt es sich wahrscheinlich. wenn nicht, dann nicht. ist eben kein singer-songwriter-rock’n’roll, sondern pop, funk, soul mit rock-elementen. z.t sehr trocken (kiss), z.t. elektronisch monoton (when doves cry, sign o‘ the times), z.t. pathetisch-ekstatisch (purple rain, the cross), z.t. nett poppig (raspberry beret, starfish+coffee), z.t. funkpop (1999, vieles andere). in jedem fall interessant, ob’s dich anspricht, weiß ich nicht.
