Wichtig ist, dass man darüber spricht und nicht alles in sich hineinfrisst. Ist ja auch nicht gesund. Da wird unsere Helene auch vollstes Verständnis für haben, wobei ich mir gerade gar nicht so wirklich sicher bin, ob es auch meine Helene ist.
