„Oxford Comma“ ist auf dem Debüt, ja. Ganz, ganz großes Kino. Verstehe schon, was the-imposter meint, wenn er von Affektiertheit schreibt. Das passt irgendwie alles gar nicht zusammen, was die da machen. Unprätentiös und doch schrill und sehr eigenwillig. Schwierig, das im Kopf für sich zu sortieren. Optisch auch sehr irritierend. Ja, ich weiß, dass es Musik gibt, die sich nicht um Konventionen schert. Aber das hier ist Pop-Musik. Wobei ja genau das Pop sein sollte, halt nur meistens nicht ist. Passt also alles.
