Na ja, selbst als Blueshörer „light“ – oder gerade als das! – würde ich B.B. King einen großen Crossover-Appeal attestieren. Das war Teil seines Erfolgsrezepts. Was eine tiefe Verwurzelung im Blues natürlich nicht ausschließt. Wurzeln im Blues, Kopf in den Bläsersätzen und Streicherwolken, oder so.
