Ebenfalls sehr gut ist „Blue Stompin’“ von Hal Singer – wie das Hawkins-Album eine sehr bluesige Angelegenheit:

Auch das ist Partymusik, oder? Irgendwo im hybriden Land von Blues, R&B und Swing. Und sowas steckte früher offenbar sogar in der juke box! Um es mal in Anspielung auf meine Signatur unten zu sagen: In so einem juke box dive hätte ich mir gerne die Strümpfe ruiniert!
