Mit einer Woche Abstand klappt es jetzt, Sokolov auch wieder ab Konserve zu hören – das Rezital letzte Wochen war wieder einmal grandios! Aus der obigen Box läuft CD 2 mit Chopins Études Op. 25 sowie Brahms‘ Intermezzi Op. 117 (auch im Konzert gespielt) und Rhapsodien Op. 79, aufgenommen in Leningrad 1985 (Chopin) bzw. 1987 (Brahms).
