@onkel-tom: Dennoch lege ich Dir „Defending ancient springs“ nochmal wärmstens ans Herz. Einmal gehört ist nicht genug. Das Album ist wirklich durchgehend genießbar. Und hat mit „Single father“, „Paris Blues“, „Hand is pale with holy kisses“, „Morbid sky“ (wobei der Dir wohl eher nicht zusagen wird), dem Titeltrack und einem schönen Cover von „You’ve lost that loving feeling“ einige der besten Jackie Leven-Tracks.
Und „The bars of Dundee“ ist doch ein ganz feiner Abschluss von „The mystery…“. Die Akustikgitarren auf dem Track haben mich sofort gepackt.
