I was curious about the same thing, as I’ve a LOT of issues with my credit card buying it off of Amazon UK. The (Visa) network flagged the transaction as suspected fraud, so that delayed it. Then I come to find out my card issuer (bank/credit union) have blocks on all the credit cards they issue for any transaction outside of the US and Canada. I’ve had this lifted in the past for the UK, but they must have put the block back on. So I had them lift it yet again, only to find out that Amazon UK is now charging through Luxembourg! So then I had to have them to a temporary unblock of that country. Needless to say I’m wondering if I’ll end up with one. :(
So I asked someone who has one of the tip-on sleeves and I’ve gathered it’s only on the inside of the sleeve that is the limited edition tip-on and not the cover and back. I hope that clarifies things some.
