Gestern „The Joshua Tree“ gehört. Holy moly, immer noch ein Meisterwerk! Ich höre es natürlich als Album, welches für mich in der Zeit der mittleren 80-er verhaftet bleibt. Heute ist die Band für mich auch nicht mehr wichtig und dürfte sich von mir aus auch auflösen. Aber die Alben „The Joshua Tree“, „Achtung Baby“, „War“, „The unforgettable fire“, „Rattle and hum“ und auch „All that you can’t leave behind“ werden bei mir immer ihren Platz haben.
