Ich denke die Bach`schen Missa Breves sind BWV 233 – 242, BWV 244a wird als verschollene Trauerkantate klassifiziert…

Ich hab noch nicht wirklich ins Booklet geschaut, aber ja, das passt, auf den ersten Seiten gibt es Übersichtspläne und sowas … bin ab morgen eine Woche im Urlaub, aber danach kommt die CD sicher bald wieder in den Player und ich nehme mir auch mal das Booklet vor, dann kann ich mehr berichten.

Die neun hohen Cs in „Ah mes amis..“ von Pavarotti sind natürlich der absolute Oberhammer, um das salopp auszudrücken. Habe ich damals immer wieder gehört. Ist aber deutlich mehr als nur vokale Artistik, gegen Sutherland muss man sich erstmal behaupten!

Ich höre die Oper gerade überhaupt zum ersten Mal, kenne bisher nur Auszüge/Arien … bin bei diesem Repertoire von der „Lucia“ mal abgesehen noch überhaupt nirgends. „Ah mes amis“ kommt gleich, bin gespannt!

Packt mich als Ganzes nicht wahnsinnig, aber das ist vom Repertoire her bisher wie gesagt gar nicht meine Ecke. Aber fein gesungen ist das fraglos!

Mit meinen Aufnahmen der Leçons von Couperin bin ich ja längst zufrieden (Daneman/Petibon mit Christie und Kirkby/Mellon), aber das Miserere von Clérambault hat sich noch nicht wirklich im Gehör festgehakt und diese Aufnahme lässt sich verdammt gut an … das richtige nach der Aufregung von vorhin. Danach wohl noch Moravec mit Chopins Préludes sowie der vierten Ballade:
da hattest du ja zwei meinerseits sehr geschätzte aufnahmen „in der arbeit“ ……und ja, clerambault s wirken ist untersuchungswürdig……
