pipe-bowlUnd ich hatte es so verstanden, dass der Name des Interpreten oder der Band den Ausschlag gibt. Deshalb hatte ich ja die Beispiele CSN zu CSN&Y sowie Richard Thompson zu Richard & Linda Thompson genannt.

Das wirft dann aber noch mal eine neues Licht auf den Output von Will Oldham oder Jason Molina. Hey, mir soll’s recht sein.

OK, dann fällt das Album hier aber vermutlich leider hinten runter, weil sich offensichtlich viele am gesamten Output von Oldham orientiert haben.

Also der Fokus liegt bei Oldham ja schon so deutlich auf Bonnie ‚Prince“ Billy, dass das auch bei z.B. Allmusic separat gelistet wird. Sooo abwegig ist das also nicht. Aber da das hier bisher eh keiner gemacht hat, erübrigt sich jede weitere Definition.
