Das Cover-Artwork trägt den Titel „Renaissance Man (Self Portrait)“ und wurde von David Bowie selbst kreiert. Er verwendete ein Babyfoto von sich selbst und ersetzte das Kindergesicht durch eine aktuelle Aufnahme seines eigenen Gesichts.
