Caravanserai und Lotus sind super. Carlos‘ beste Leistungen! Spitzenpressungen, gleichwohl entsprechen die Cover nicht ganz den Originalen. Trotzdem toll!

Oha – das wars wohl mit der Nathan Davis
Ich habe den Stapel vor ein paar Tagen aus erster Hand zufällig zu einem sehr fairen Preis bekommen. Ich habe „Lotus“ erst einmal gehört, obwohl ich sie ziemlich gut finde bin ich noch nicht sicher, ob sie langfristig in der Sammlung bleibt. Alles, was im Großen und ganzen in die Kategorie „Rock Back-Programm“ gehört, kommt bei mir einmal im Jahr auf den Prüfstand. „Caravanserei“ bleibt aber auf jeden Fall, ganz tolle Platte und in dieser Version viel besser als meine bisherige Ausgabe. Nachdem ich meine One Step Ausgabe von „Abraxas“ verkauft habe, brauche ich da irgendwann auch nochmal ein gut klingendes Reissue.
Ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass es uncool ist, wenn man sagt, dass man Santana mag. Aber ich mag sie. Die Alben bis Mitte der Siebziger finde ich durchgehend alle gut bis sehr gut und auch danach gab es noch gute Musik von der Band.

Ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass es uncool ist, wenn man sagt, dass man Santana mag. Aber ich mag sie. Die Alben bis Mitte der Siebziger finde ich durchgehend alle gut bis sehr gut und auch danach gab es noch gute Musik von der Band.Nein, das zeugt von einem ausgewogenen und guten Geschmack – Ich mag diese Zeit von Santana auch sehr gerne!
