Whole Lotta Led Zeppelin: The Illustrated History of the Heaviest Band of All Time
This all-star tribute to one of the biggest rock ’n‘ roll bands of all time features many of today’s top American and English rock journalists from Rolling Stone, Creem, Billboard and more, as well as reflections on the band’s inspiration from some of rock’s top performers, including Aerosmith, Heart, ZZ Top, the Minutemen, the Hold Steady, and others. An appendix features the complete discography. Glorious concert and behind-the-scenes photography from some of the top names in rock photography covers the band from their first 1968 show as Led Zeppelin through the 2007 reunion. Also included are more than 200 rare concert posters, backstage passes, tickets, LPs and singles, T-shirts, buttons, and morewird auch sehr gut im aktuellen RS rezensiert. In Dt. allerdings nicht unter 25 Euro zu bekommen.

Scheint ein must have zu sein. Mal sehen, obs der Weihnachtsmann noch verschleppen kann, heut kam Teil 2 meiner Geschenke.

I don't care what the neighbours sayThink NoiseLed Zeppelin und Bad Company waren zusammen auf einer Bühne! Ich habe ein doppelseitiges Poster (mit Plant und Rodgers live) in einem amerikanischen „Classic Rock“ Heft gesehen! Und zwar Mitte der70er Jahre in der Bahnhofsbuchhandlung in Freiburg!!!
SOWAS VERGISST MAN NICHT! Auch wenn man in dem Alter keine Kohle für Hefte hatte…und sich die Zep und Bad Co. Alben vom Munde absparen mußte. Heute unvorstellbar…aber damals hatte Rock vielleicht eine andere Bedeutung?
Du hast übrigens recht, ich ziehe meinen Hut. Das war am 1. September 74 in Austin.

ich habe heute endlich DAS Zep-Fotobuch bekommen, da sind Bilder von Austin drin.
Konnte nun nachlesen, es war ausschließlich Page, der in Austin bei der Zugabe „Rock me Baby“ zusammen mit Bad Company spielte.--

Wie das Foto zustande kam???? Keine Ahnung, auf anderen Fotos vom 31. Januar hat er diese Zeichnungen nicht--
I don't care what the neighbours saynach nunmehr gut 6 Jahren im Untergrund wagt sich der Led Zeppelin FanClub Deutschland an die Öffentlichkeit. Es ist noch lange nicht alles perfekt, Neujahr ist einfach ein guter Zeitpunkt für einen Neustart. Unsere alte Plattform schließt demnächst die Tore.

Das Heft war ein amerikanisches Rockblatt bei dem jeder zweite Titel von Bad co. oder Led Zep. besetzt war!

Gib einem Menschen ein Amt und Du erkennst seinen wahren CharakterEine Tournee ohne Robert Plant kann ich mir nach wie vor nur vorstellen, wenn sie sich sonstwie nennen, aber nicht Led-Zeppelin. Und dazu die Gerüchte im RS online:
Wer der neue Mann am Mikrofon sein wird, ist natürlich noch nicht raus – die Gerüchteküche nennt bislang aber Chris Cornell (Soundgarden) und Steven Tyler von Aerosmith als potentielle Kandidaten. Peter Mensch will sich dazu noch nicht äußern: „Es wird ein langer und schwieriger Prozess werden.“
