Hat was … aber ich finde „Off to the Races“ und auch „A New Perspective“ dennoch tolle Cover! Musikalisch das liebste ist mir von allen wohl „Crzay! Baby“, Top-5-Smith bei mir!

Hab es schon mal erwähnt, das Cover hier wurde bei der von mir geschätzten „Loced After Dark“ LP von Tone Loc gecovert:
Und obwohl es nur ein erneut ausgegrabener Fakt ist, hat es mich gleich darüber stolpern lassen, dass es unvermuteterweise eine mir unbekannte „Deluxe Edition“ dieser Platte gibt. Scheinbar nur durch Remixe erweitert, aber mal hören.

Ganz interessant – was auf den ersten Blick an einen DeLorean (remember „Back to the Future“) erinnert, der original 1981-82 gebaut wurde, ist eigentlich ein exotischer Bricklin. Kanadischer Kleinserienhersteller von 1974-1976. Ähnliches Konzept – Sportwagenoptik mit Flügeltüren, aber lahm motorisiert.
Eldorados : Träume, Austria 1988. Der Rennwagen ist etwa ein Porsche ?, mit Autos kenne ich mich nicht so gut aus

viele sammeln Schallplatten; ich nur !!!@WLP: Dass ein paar der Cover schon erwähnt wurden, hatte ich befürchtet. Aber die ganzen 48 Seiten mochte ich nicht durchschauen
Remakes von Blue Note Covern sind ja nicht selten, das oben finde ich sehr gelungen, weil es über die farbliche Gestaltung und mit der Schrift eigene Akzente setzt.

Tu dir keinen Zwang an, ist bei Gelegenheit ein schöner Rundgang. Wiederholungen sind kaum zu vermeiden und kein Problem.
