lysolJa @hurley , „Peace And Love“ ist ein grandioses Album, an dem ich mich gar nicht satthören kann. Schön, dass dir meine Liste gefällt. Und so ist es: nicht zu 100% die selben Prioritäten, aber doch in Vielem vereint. Von dir gibt es hier keine Liste, oder?

Vor über 20 Jahren habe ich hier meinen ersten Post abgesetzt und, wie könnte es anders sein, es war eine Top 100 meiner liebsten Alben, auf die ich jetzt eher zufällig wieder gestoßen bin. Da lag für mich nahe, diese mit meiner aktuellen Top 100 zu vergleichen, wobei es in diesen gut 20 Jahren einige Updates und eine mehr oder weniger permanente Entwicklung gab.

59 dieser 100 Alben aus dem Jahr 2003 sind auch aktuell noch in meiner Top 100.

Von den 41 Alben, die herausgefallen sind, haben folgende Alben die meisten Plätze verloren (Hinweis: mittlerweile gibt es eine Liste mit meinen liebsten 1000 Alben, die es zu pflegen gilt):

Wishbone Ash – There’s the rub: Platz 15 (damals Platz 109)
Green on Red – Here come the snakes: Platz 18 (damals Platz 135)

Die höchsten Neueinsteiger, die es damals noch gar nicht gab, sind:

7 deiner Top10 sind bei mir auch Alben mit Höchstwertung. Bob Dylan sagt mir hingegen immer weniger zu. Und das Echo And The Bunnyman Album kann mich auch nicht begeistern. Die „Abstürze“ aus den Top 100 kann ich fast alle nachvollziehen, einzig Van Morrsion ist viel zu tief gestürzt. Stellst du nochmal die komplette Top 100 hier rein?

Kann ich nicht finden. Das Musikjahr 1981 war nicht so stark, als dass meine Nummer 23 aus dem Jahr in eine Top 100 of all times gelangen könnte. Das haben nur die Nummer 1 und 2 geschafft. Bin einfach nicht so ein Metalhead wie Du. Den Smiley habe ich natürlich bemerkt.

Ich hab jetzt beim ersten durchsehen 31 Fünfer gefunden. Dazu noch etliche  mit **** oder ****1/2 aber eben auch Scheiben, die ich nicht mal in einer Top 1000 hätte (Libertines, Pixies,  Ramones, Patti Smith und Joy Division um mal ein paar zu nennen). Eine insgesamt vielfältige Liste. Obwohl Rossi sicherlich die fehlenden Alben von Frauen bemängeln würde.
