Da musste ich jetzt grad erst gucken … ihre Columbia-Alben kenne ich leider nur von einer relativ umfangreichen Billig-Compilation („Sunday Morning Classics“, 3 CD) – Line-Ups hab ich dazu wohl gar nie zusammengesucht.
Die Discogs-Credits zeigen, dass er sehr breit aufgestellt war, was Gigs angeht: Odetta, John Lee Hooker, Josh White, Judy Collins, Olatunji, Gordon Lightfoot, Peter Paul & Mary …

Valentin)Ich hatte das ganze Album angehört (hab das mal auf CD gebrannt, keine Ahnung mehr, woher … entgegen mancher Unkenrufe der Vinyl-Fraktion sind auch 20jährige CD-Rs bei korrekter „Lagerung“ und wohl dank guter Qualität der Rohlinge wie auch vernünftiger Brenngeschwindigkeit usw. in aller Regel noch problemlos abspielbar) und auch ein paar Zeilen dazu geschrieben … dauert wohl noch eine Weile, bis die Suche weiterhilft – bin mir nicht mehr sicher, was der Kontext war: Jazzgesang, Komponistinnen? Der Ort war wohl das elende Hörfadengrab
