B.B King jetzt auch ganz wunderbar. Von ihm kannte ich lange Zeit nur Sachen neueren Datums, also so ab Mitte 70er, die mich aber garnicht begeistern konnten. Da musste erst was ganz Altes kommen. Ab da ging es besser!

Ich hab da nicht viel mehr als die abgebildete Box in der kleineren Version (4 vs. 10 CD) – wunderbar! Aber gerade aus den frühen Jahren hätte ich gerne mehr. Eine Frage im „How to Buy“-Thread blieb aber leider unbeantwortet, keine Ahnung, ob es da irgendwelche guten, ausführlichen Compilations gibt.

Was B.B. King angeht, kann ich dir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Habe auch nur eine 4 fach Box mit den ersten Alben.
Von den Hawks habe ich was auf einer dieser 20 RnR Hits Platten. Dauerte auch seine Zeit, bis ich mit bekam, wer das eigentlich war.
