Creed Taylor bei Impulse – die Story ist ja bekannt: Er bearbeitete die suits der konservativen ABC-Paramount bis sie ihm sein vanity project gewährten … und nach sechs Alben war er weg („Into the Hot“, das Cecil Taylor/Johnny Carisi-Album mit Evans‘ Name und Foto drauf, fiel auch noch in die Zeit, aber Taylor produzierte es nicht). Die tolle Buch-Box „First Impulse“ habe ich ja oft genug empfohlen
