Oh, auf jeden Fall ist Kropinski auch ein grosser Virtuose – aber beim Konzert von Doppelmoppel (26.11.2004 am Unerhört Festival in Zürich war das) drängte sich das Virtuose nie in den Vordergrund, ganz im Gegenteil, er war ausgezeichnet und aussergewöhnlich, ja! Aber sein Spiel war zugleich völlig im Dienste der Musik. Also genau so, wie es sein muss!
