genauer kriege ich das schwer hin … oder auch nur sehr bruchstückhaft, es macht irgendwie kaum Sinn in diesem Fall, das Werk ist wichtig, ich mag nicht einer Compilation einen halben Stern abziehen, weil vielleicht die dort enthaltene Version eines Stückes eine Spur weniger toll ist, als die einer anderen … der genauere Eintrag wird also auch nicht viel aufschlussreicher:

Da müsste einiges nachgehört werden, und es fehlt einiges, was ich aus dem Gedächtnis nicht besternen kann – und natürlich gibt es viel zu viele Sammeleinträge, Box-Sets etc. – aber wie gesagt, irgendwie erübrigt sich’s bei Ellington wirklich beinahe!
