Die Homstory, war das nachdem Lateef über seine Impulse- und Atlantic-Alben etwas bekannter geworden war? Er tourte ja in den frühen 70ern auch in Europa, mit dem Quartett, in dem Kenny Barron, Bob Cunningham und Albert „Tootie“ Heath spielten. Eine ziemlich tolle Band, zum Glück gibt es ein paar Live-Mitschnitte!
