Vorgarten hat es vorgemacht, da mag ich nicht abseits stehen und lege auch mal Monk auf, wenn auch unter der leadership von Miles Davis – und einige Stücke sind ja sogar ohne Monk, dafür aber mit Coltrane bzw. Sonny Rollins. Letzterer ist für mich hier neben Milt Jackson auch einer der heimlichen Stars.
Ganz schön beboppig, die Stücke von und mit Sonny Rollins.
Btw taucht Rollins ja auch im vorherigen Post auf. Way Out West steht hier auch im Schrank. Muss ich auch mal wieder hören.
