nail75Es passt nicht rein, weil es nicht Teil dieser Dolphy-Reihe ist? Die CDs dieser Box sind ja teilweise alles andere als voll. Da hätte man gut dieses Album als Bonus draufpacken können.
Eben, finde ich auch … aber ja, das Konzept der Box war wohl einfach: alles, was die Jordan- und Ware-Witwen hergeben konnten. Und wem bei Strata East die Master gehörten, weiss ich nicht. Da es ein Musikerlabel war, kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass die für „Reasons“ an Keno Duke gingen und nicht zur Verfügung standen. Schade, aber so ist das halt … dennoch, wie Du sagst, eine schöne Box! Das eine, mich wirklich umwerfende Album darin ist „Clifford Jordan in the World“ – das finde ich wirklich grossartig!
