War mir hier klar wird, ist mal wieder, was ich längst weiss: Chico Hamilton war grossartig! Ich fand immer schon, dass die Band mit ihm besser war als mit Larry Bunker (aber gut, Carson Smith wiederum war besser als Bob Whitlock – Smith kam kurz bevor Hamilton ging und spielte ja später in dessen originalem Quintet auch wieder mit).
