Die beiden tollen Alben von Wolf Krakowski sind so weit weg vom Jazz, dass ich sie anderswo erwähnte – aber sie sind toll! Und sehr schön ist auch Pincus and the Pig: A Klezmer Tale, eine Art Märchen-CD in jiddisch mit Autor Maurice Sendak als Erzähler sowie Musik des Shirim Klezmer Orchestra: Glenn Dickson (cl), David Harris (tb), Brandon Seabrook (bjo, mand), Michael McLaughlicn (p, acc), Jim Gray (tuba), Eric Rosenthal (d).
Vergessen: beruht auf Prokofievs „Peter und der Wolf“, auch musikalisch … wirklich schöne Sache!
