Vom ersten Eindruck her klasse! Beat ist weniger wichtig als bei Miles, die Musik klingt flächiger, aber auch offener. Die Texturen des Fender Rhodes (mit Wah-Wah und Echoplex) sind ziemlich klasse. Muss ich möglichst bald mal daheim laut aufdrehen!
Jetzt gibt es noch ein Ohr voll von der Arnie Cheatham CD „Thing“ – auch das klingt ziemlich funky, mit einem tollen Sopransax gerade in „Sketch pt. 4“.
