Grosse Klasse, die Scheibe! War soweit ich mich erinnern kann das erste Mal, dass ich Curson ausserhalb von Mingus‘ Band gehört habe und das erste Mal überhaupt, dass ich Bill Barron hörte. Zwischen seinem „Tenor Stylings“ und der Aufnahme hier ist einige Zeit vergangen und die Musik ist ziemlich gereift, scheint mir.
@redbeans: als ich das Cover oben zum ersten Mal sah dachte ich: Cool, Nick Waterhouse‘ Bruder ist jetzt bei Delmark?
