Gesamtwertung: gefühlt ****1/2 (auch wenn’s rechnerisch nicht hinkommt)

Wunderbare Platte.
Eine präzise und traumwandlerisch sichere Band (v.a. Jerry Miller an der Gitarre und Pedal Steel), cooler Gitarrentwang gemischt mit einem flirrenden, spooky Southern-Feeling, dazu die süßen, oft gehauchten Vocals von Eilen, bei denen sich im Hintergrund aber immer der Vamp versteckt. Dunkel und verführerisch.
