Hamilton nahm übrigens vor seinem Militärdienst schon einmal auf und zwar mit Slim & Slam. Auch in Filmen erschien er schon 1941.
Und die einzige spätere CD, die ich von ihm habe ist „Dreams Come True“ im Duo mit Andrew Hill (auf Joyous Shout). Die sollte ich in den nächsten Tagen endlich mal hören!
