David Kincaid, der Sänger der Brandos, beschäftigt sich neben den Brandos sehr viel mit der Musik und Geschichte der irischen Einwanderer. Zwei Soloplatten damit, und einmal war er mit den Brandos unterwegs, hat also sein Seitenprojekt mit seiner Rockband promotet.
