Liam Gallagher will appear on stage for the first time since the news of Beady Eye’s split, to perform at a special concert to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Gallagher will be just one of a number of musicians performing at The Who Hits 50: An Evening Of Who Hits on 11 November to raise money for the charity.
Gallagher will be joined by a variety of Gigwise favourites at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire, including Eddie Vedder, Ricky Wilson, James Dean Bradfield, Brody Dalle, Andy Burrows and The Strypes.
Although neither Pete Townshend nor Roger Daltrey are set to perform, this impressive collection of vocalists will be backed by The Who’s Band, which features Simon Townshend, Pino Palladino, Billy Nicholls, Frank Simes, Loren Gold, John Coury and drummer Zak Starkey.
