The National have revealed they will release an expanded edition of their hugely successful fifth studio album High Violet on November 22nd.
High Violet: Expanded Edition will be made available as a double-CD package and a digital download. As well as the original eleven-track album, the expanded edition will be packaged with a limited edition bonus disc of eight songs featuring an alternate version of High Violet opening track ‚Terrible Love‘, two brand new songs ‚Wake Up Your Saints‘ and ‚You Were A Kindness‘, b-sides ‚Walk Off‘ and ‚Sin-Eaters‘ plus three live recordings.
The Brooklyn five-piece will also release a 7″ single of ‚Terrible Love‘ backed with ‚You Were A Kindness‘ on November 22nd to coincide with the expanded High Violet.
