MozzaSeit ich Vegetarier bin (seit 2 Jahren) habe ich schön zugelegt, liege jetzt bei 75 kg. Muss aber wieder etwas mehr Sport machen.
Echt? Wenn ich kein Fleisch esse nehme ich sofort ab. Aber das will ich eigentlich nicht. 73 sportliche kg auf 1,83m verteilt finde ich ok. Sonst schaut man gleich so alt aus….:lol:
