While flawed, this film definitely broke some ground back in its first release, and showed how aimless youth can be very entertaining, even before it was supposed to be fashionable….one question was in my mind at the end, however- is the gang that Marvin leads called the „beetles“ or the „beatles“? I saw the Beatles documentary- Anthology- where they showed it as the influence on the name, but how can one tell? Grade: A
