Die Band aus York, gegründet in 1990, gab im Jahr 2003 ihren Split nach 4 regulären Studio-Alben bekannt. Die Bandmitglieder sind nach wie vor in anderen Formationen aktiv. Ihr größter Single-Hit war eben „Going for gold“ (Platz 8 in den UK-Charts) von ihrem zweiten Album „A maximum high“. Schöner (Brit-) Pop mit feinen Bläsersätzen. Mehr als passabel.
