Ab November also gibts erneut ein „Complete Series Boxset“ in den USA, zum stolzen Preis von 280 Dollar. Dafür gibts nicht richtig viel dolles neues:
a 33-disc package that will have 28 DVDs featuring all 86 episodes from the show’s 6-season run, plus 2 DVDs full of bonus material, and 3 CDs full of music from the show’s soundtrack. The box, which incorporates book-like material (56 pages of text and pictures) from and about the show, is said to weigh in at about 10 pounds.

In Season 1, producers toyed with the idea of having Dr. Melfi (Lorraine Bracco) write a book on her experiences with Tony (James Gandolfini), which would have been turned into a show-within-the-show starring Anthony LaPaglia (Without a Trace) — the first choice to play Tony in the show’s first incarnation as a potential Fox series.
