Psych Sounds
– the original untampered stereo mix is ONLY found on the original IA LP. All later versions, including all CDs are from the narrowed and reprocessed 70’s „mix“
– the mono mix can be found on the original mono IA LP, the Sundazed LP (from an nth gen copy tape with the longer fades added from a needledrop) or on the Charly box/2-CD set from an NR’d needledrop from an original IA LP.Easter Everywhere
– the original untampered stereo mix is ONLY found on the original IA LP. All later versions, including all CDs are from the narrowed and reprocessed 70’s „mix“ (apart from the first few tracks on the Charly 2-CD set, which is NR’d)
– the mono mix can be found on the original mono IA LP, or on the Charly box/2-CD set from an NR’d needledrop from an original IA LP.

Klingt nicht gerade super, aber die Sundazed hat wohl einen ganz ordentlichen Ruf. Das Schlimme ist, dass es die Originalbänder wohl verloren sind und ordentliche Kopien nicht existieren. Also überspielen alle seit den 1970ern von einem schlecht überspielten und bearbeiteten Band oder von Platten mit massig NR. Traurige Geschichte. Ich habe das mal recherchiert, weil ich mir die Box kaufen wollte, aber aufgrund der negativen Kritiken habe ich es gelassen. Alles also unter Vorbehalt.
