Sicher eine starke Platte, sicher aber nicht seine beste. In den 70ern nicht ganz so gut wie „Desire“, die einfach konstant starke Songs hat – bei „Blood on the Tracks“ schwankt meiner Meinung nach die Qualität der Songs etwas. „Tangled up in blue“ gehört aber zu den ganz großen Dylan-Songs.
