pinch“Rock Lobster“ ist toll. Immernoch! Was für eine Hymne! Und „Dance this Mess around“, „Planet Claire“ und „Private Idaho“ ebenso. Und Kate Piersons Stimme ist so dünn nicht!
Als bloßen Witz muss man B-52’s und deren Songs ebenfalls nicht von A-Z abtun, dafür sind sie dann doch zu originell und zu charmant. Zumindest auf den frühen Alben.
absolut richtig. Und Cosmic Thing ist perfekter Pop. Ich höre die auch heute noch gerne und bin gespannt auf das neue Album (wenn auch ohne allzu hohe Erwartungen)!
