This is supposedly the night that Elvis writes a note that is later found by a cleaner in the waste paper basket of his penthouse bedroom in which he reveals some of his mental anguish.
Not only is a note found but other reports suggest that he also wrote similar thoughts on the wall of his room.
I've tried to discover a copy of this note and I have failed to locate one. However some of the contents are said to contain the following:
Na das ist natürlich nicht wirklich topp gesicherte Information, aber es könnte ja so sein. Gewesen sein. Man weiss es nicht.
„I feel so alone sometimes. The night is quiet for me. I would love to be able to sleep. I am glad everyone is gone now. I will probably not rest tonight. I have no need for all of this. Help me Lord.“
